Our 2026 Youth Survey is focused on "Empowering the future: The energy of tomorrow starts with us".  Young professionals are ready not just to inherit the future, but to build it!

The global energy transition is one of the most pressing and complex challenges of our time. As we navigate toward a cleaner, more sustainable future, we want to better understand how individuals, especially young professionals and future leaders, are involved in this transition.

This survey will capture your views on the current direction of the energy sector, global cooperation, emerging technologies, and what the future holds for careers and leadership.

Thank you to all who participated! Your time and perspectives are of great value, as we all navigate the challenges and opportunities facing the global energy sector. Everyone's voice is vital in shaping the future of energy!  The Youth Survey for 2026 is now closed and we will be sharing the results soon.
