In an era of energy landscape transformations, identifying, attracting and retaining talents with the skills to unlock opportunities will be a critical factor in the industry's success. On a regular basis, the WPC surveys the perception of students and young professionals (up to the age of 35) on the global Oil & Gas Industry - their drivers and motivators to work in the sector (career development, compensation and rewards, job security, workplace environment, industry reputation). The results of the survey were shared in December 2021 at the 23rd World Petroleum Congress in Houston, and provide holistic and fact-based perspectives on talent attraction and retention.

The results of the Survey were also presented in Houston at the 23rd World Petroleum Congress and further discussed by an expert panel
