Women10x

Women10x is a new and innovative initiative dedicated to improving the representation and opportunities for women in the global energy sector.  Women10x differs from other initiatives in two fundamental ways. It is the first global, gender-focused digital ecosystem that brings together member companies, industry bodies and women’s organisations to share knowledge, ideas, resources, and best practices. And secondly, unlike conventional women's empowerment initiatives, Women10x seeks to address the systemic barriers, workplace cultures, and systems that hinder women's progress.

Through its award-winning LIFT digital platform, Women10x connects industry professionals from across the globe in a dedicated, energy-focused group.  Moderated by international DE&I experts to ensure content relevance, the platform provides a trusted space to share best practices, seek advice, and collaborate to address challenges. It also serves as a repository of reliable academic and industry information, offering valuable insights for informed decisions.

Through this focused approach, Women10x addresses systemic barriers and workplace cultures, positioning the energy sector to fundamentally transform systems to advance gender equality in the workplace.

We are building an Ecosystem of change agents to enable and accelerate gender equality in the Energy Sector.
