Dr Ivan Marten is a member of the Executive Committee of WPC Energy and has 35 years’ experience in the energy and environment sectors.
Currently he is the Chairman of Orkestra Basque Institute of Competitiveness, Independent Board member of energy companies like Repsol, Tubacex, ENSO and EVE (Basque Energy Agency) and Chairman of the advisory board of Tikehau Energy Transition Fund. Senior Fellow at ESADEGeo and Member of the Industry Advirsory Committee of IEF.
He is a Senior Partner Emeritus of BCG since his retirement in 2018. Previously he was Vice Chairman Energy (2016-2018) and Global Leader Energy practice for nine years.
He has been a frequent speaker at forums such as WPC, IEF, GECF, Aspen Institute, Asian Miunisterial Energy Roundtable, IGU, Petrotech, SPE and IPTC.
